What you will do

• Own the end-to-end ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives, including NowAssist, generative AI, and workflow optimization.
• Lead platform governance, overseeing development frameworks, sprint quality, version control, and release planning.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and business leaders to translate priorities into platform solutions.
• Ensure platform security, regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO), and overall system resilience.
• Manage the ServiceNow budget, licenses, and the relationship with the Managed Services provider.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
• Extensive track record of driving ServiceNow platform growth and digital transformation.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and enterprise module usage.
• Experience managing platform roadmaps and coordinating with outsource partners.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and development release management.
