What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a DevOps team, owning the roadmap and delivery in alignment with business goals.
• Build and evolve an internal DevOps platform with self-service capabilities and "golden paths" for engineering teams.
• Oversee the AWS stack, including ECS, EKS, Lambda, DynamoDB, Redshift, and S3.
• Own end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Drive cost optimization via FinOps practices and embed security into the secure SDLC.
• Enable MLOps and data workflows using Airflow, MLflow, and Jupyter Notebooks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering in a SaaS production environment.
• 2+ years of managerial experience leading engineers and owning team delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS, EKS, Lambda, DynamoDB, Redshift).
• Strong development background with the ability to build internal tools using software engineering discipline.
• Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and observability.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML/data tooling such as Airflow and MLflow.
• Proficiency in Hebrew.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
