What you will do

• Build and maintain GitOps-based deployment pipelines using ArgoCD and Kargo to ensure 99% success rate and reduce manual intervention.
• Manage and scale Kubernetes infrastructure on GCP, optimizing resource utilization for 15% cost reduction.
• Enhance GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines to decrease lead time for changes to production by 25%.
• Integrate AI-assisted tooling into DevOps workflows to generate configurations, validate code, and reduce manual tasks by 20%.
• Improve system reliability through monitoring, logging, and alerting to cut critical incidents by 50%.

Requirements

• 3+ years in DevOps/SRE in high-growth SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of GCP services, particularly GKE.
• Hands-on experience with ArgoCD, Kargo, GitOps, and progressive delivery.
• Strong Kubernetes and Helm for managing microservices deployments.
• Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Interest or experience with AI tools for workflow automation.
