What you will do

• Support the setup and execution of additive manufacturing builds following approved work instructions.
• Maintain build records, material traceability, and production documentation.
• Perform routine checks on utilities, consumables, and machine readiness.
• Execute daily and weekly QA and calibration checks, escalating deviations as needed.
• Assist with first-line troubleshooting and capture machine downtime data.
• Collaborate with technicians and materials engineers to ensure smooth production execution.

Requirements

• BEng/BSc in Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of industrial experience in additive manufacturing or production engineering.
• Basic understanding of metal additive manufacturing processes, specifically LPBF.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and documentation practices.
• Willingness to work within controlled procedures and strict laboratory discipline.
• Basic CAD proficiency.

Nice to have

• Exposure to EBM, DED, or WAAM technologies.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards.
• Experience with Lean, 5S, TPM, or OEE concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
