What you will do

• Perform finishing, deburring, blending, and polishing of manufactured components.
• Inspect parts for quality conformance using bench gauging and visual inspection.
• Execute straightening processes including 3-point bending and shot peening.
• Operate pneumatic and manual grinding equipment such as saws, polishers, and belt grinders.
• Perform Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) activities and maintain 5S standards.
• Document process verification and shop traveler sequences accurately.

Requirements

• Trade School Accreditation, High School diploma, or equivalent.
• Certification or Accreditation in Deburring.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the aerospace or automotive industries.
• Proficiency in quality inspection, measurement, and material handling.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
