What you will do

• Move between problem framing and product execution to deliver intuitive user flows.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions.
• Design accessible, high-quality product experiences using Figma.
• Account for edge cases, error states, and complex system requirements.
• Contribute to and maintain shared design system patterns.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and mentor peers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• 4–8 years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with complex products or workflows.
• Experience working in agile or iterative product teams.
• Proficiency in interaction design, accessibility, and engineering collaboration.
• Experience conducting user research or discovery activities.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, education, or healthcare environments.
• Degree in UX, HCI, design, psychology, or computer science.
