What you will do

• Prepare monthly end-to-end payroll for EMEA, covering both hourly and global employees.
• Manage attendance processes, including the tracking of hours, leave, and vacations.
• Oversee the payroll cycle for new hires, terminations, and all salary-related updates.
• Collaborate closely with HR on payroll and attendance matters.
• Manage employee benefits and coordinate interaction with insurance agencies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll queries and support ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Payroll accountant in a global hi-tech company.
• Certified Payroll accountant.
• Deep knowledge of Israeli labour laws.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to prioritize duties effectively and meet strict deadlines independently.

• Experience with EMEA payroll.
• General accounting experience.
• Experience with Hilan and NetSuite systems.
