What you will do

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for multiple entities.
• Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments.
• Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Provide direct management and oversight of the bookkeeping function.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a global environment.
• Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
• Must be authorized to work in Israel without visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite) and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping guidelines.
• Ability to lead processes and drive improvements across financial workflows.
