What you will do

  • Act as a specialist in Network Delivery and IT Help Desk Operations for global teams.
  • Coordinate with internal resources, external providers, and Local IT Managers.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of major service incidents, from restoration and communication to post-incident reviews.
  • Execute testing and training for documentation and materials.
  • Monitor and manage AMS and project delivery for WAN, LAN, and IT Security.

Requirements

  • Specialization in Helpdesk support and Network delivery & monitoring.
  • Experience with Service Management processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
  • Cisco CCNA studies.
  • Hands-on experience with PCs, servers, routers, WiFi, and Windows Operating System.
  • Fluency in Italian (written and oral).
  • Good English written and oral communication skills.

  • ITIL knowledge.
