What you will do
- Act as a specialist in Network Delivery and IT Help Desk Operations for global teams.
- Coordinate with internal resources, external providers, and Local IT Managers.
- Manage the full lifecycle of major service incidents, from restoration and communication to post-incident reviews.
- Execute testing and training for documentation and materials.
- Monitor and manage AMS and project delivery for WAN, LAN, and IT Security.
Requirements
- Specialization in Helpdesk support and Network delivery & monitoring.
- Experience with Service Management processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Cisco CCNA studies.
- Hands-on experience with PCs, servers, routers, WiFi, and Windows Operating System.
- Fluency in Italian (written and oral).
- Good English written and oral communication skills.
