What you will do

• Design, implement, and execute test cases and automated scripts to identify bugs, defects, and regressions.
• Review requirements and technical design documents to provide feedback and ensure code conforms to specifications.
• Coordinate testing activities within cross-functional teams, including estimation and prioritization.
• Perform regular regression, exploratory, and system testing.
• Maintain bug backlogs and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong diagnostic skills and a technical background to create testing scenarios from functional requirements.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and writing SQL queries.
• Proven experience with QA testing on ERP-type applications or systems.
• Valid US work authorization (the company does not sponsor work visas).

Nice to have

• Experience with administrative software for higher education.
• Proficiency with at least one programming or scripting language.
