What you will do
- Own day-to-day category administration (SKU setup & maintenance, range lists, line sheets, planning templates).
- Coordinate approvals and execution across finance, legal, and operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the main cross-country interface for meetings and support development of regional and global line plans.
- Prepare materials for range reviews, line plan discussions, and retail sell-in meetings.
- Maintain launch trackers and retail/licensee performance snapshots; consolidate data and track actuals vs. forecast while flagging risks and opportunities.
- Support international market entry and expansion plans, including overseas expansion of China-based strategic partners.
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Strong understanding of China-based brands and their global expansion pathways; international business development experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with strong cross-functional coordination skills.
- Solid analytical and operational capabilities for performance tracking, reporting, and business planning support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for internal teams and external partners.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, able to handle ambiguity and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
