What you will do

• Design and implement Augments and other content for the ARAM: Mayhem game mode.
• Develop new content and systems that create engaging experiences for League of Legends players.
• Provide direction, mentorship, and feedback to game designers.
• Lead early discovery, iteration, and playtesting to validate project direction.
• Improve team processes to support reliable, sustainable, high-quality content delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional game development experience.
• Deep familiarity with League of Legends and a strong understanding of its players.
• Experience designing sets or other content streams for a live-service game.
• Proficiency in scripting in at least one engine used in a shipped title.

Nice to have

• Experience leading projects or teams.
• Experience designing characters or player ability kits.
• Experience as a senior thought leader delivering materially impactful innovations for a commercial video game.
