What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution design for the domain, ensurhirify.global alignment with business goals and enterprise standards.
• Define and enforce design principles to meet performance, security, and stability requirements.
• Own architecture roadmaps and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to manage current and future states.
• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams to enable seamless execution of designs.
• Drive early-stage estimations, risk identification, and dependency management.
• Manage architecture governance and repositories to improve design quality and compliance.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in solution architecture frameworks, cloud design, and modern patterns (microservices, event-driven, REST/SOAP).
• Deep understandhirify.global of non-functional requirements includhirify.global performance, resilience, security, and scalability.
• 7+ years of experience deliverhirify.global enterprise-grade solutions, ideally within financial services.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influenchirify.global skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on knowledge of development and architecture practices.
