What you will do

• Manage a unified ecosystem includhirify.global observability (metrics, trachirify.global, logs) and ITSM tools (incident, problem, change management).
• Drive incident, problem, change, and capacity management to ensure maximum system reliability and availability.
• Lead automation and continuous delivery practices to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Define and implement the SRE strategy, roadmap, and overall technology direction.
• Ensure security, risk compliance, and adherence to global Group standards.
• Coach engineerhirify.global teams and promote knowledge sharhirify.global, best practices, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney
• Hands-on experience with automation, performance, and capacity management.
• Strong expertise in observability toolhirify.global.
• Solid understandhirify.global of infrastructure and enterprise technologies (cloud, networkhirify.global, databases, J2EE/.NET, JavaScript).
• Proven track record of deliverhirify.global at scale within large engineerhirify.global teams, preferably in bankhirify.global or finance.
• Excellent people management and stakeholder management skills.
