Collections Product Lead (Fintech)

hirify.global is a fintech company launching a new business line focused on credit and collections in Colombia.

What you will do

• Map and design the end-to-end precollections and collections customer journey across all stages and channels.
• Identify friction points and optimize CX to improve recovery performance and cost efficiency.
• Design and launch collection strategies, including early-warning communications and tailored repayment plans.
• Orchestrate communication channels (SMS, WhatsApp, email, push, IVR) based on risk profiles and behavior.
• Develop the product roadmap and translate business needs into technical specifications for Engineering and Data teams.
• Drive continuous optimization using A/B testing and monitor key metrics such as roll rates and recovery rates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Credit Risk, or Lending Operations within fintech or banking.
• Proven track record of scaling digital customer journeys with measurable business impact.
• Advanced analytical mindset with experience handling delinquency, roll-rate, and segmentation data.
• Experience writing PRDs and user stories in close collaboration with technical teams.
• Fluent/Native Spanish and English (B2 or higher) are required.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Colombia.

Nice to have

• Direct experience launching fintech or lending products in Colombia or the LATAM region.
• Familiarity with modern collections platforms, CRM tools, or automated decisioning engines.
• Proficiency in SQL for independent data exploration.
• Deep understanding of Colombian legal requirements and regulatory landscapes.
