What you will do

• Act as a technical advisor to national labs, research institutions, and federal integrators.
• Guide customers through architecture design, evaluation, and deployment of the hirify.global platform for mission-critical workloads.
• Collaborate with Federal Account Executives and channel partners to drive adoption across HPC and AI/ML environments.
• Develop technical proposals and architectures aligned with DOE mission workloads.
• Manage customer relationships from initial engagement through proof of concept and post-sale expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting the sale of enterprise storage or data platforms in large IT environments.
• Experience working with Federal customers, preferably DOE or national laboratory environments.
• Understanding of HPC, AI/ML, and large-scale unstructured data workloads.
• Experience delivering technical architecture and product presentations.
• Knowledge of virtualization, high-performance networking, and enterprise security.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
