Salary: $140,000–$210,000 CAD

• Build and deliver full-stack features powering AI agents within HR and Financial workflows.
• Own services and user experiences from initial development through production deployment.
• Collaborate within small, cross-functional pods alongside machine learning engineers and product managers.
• Design and ship resilient, scalable backend services and intuitive front-end interfaces.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to raising the technical bar across the engineering organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience with web development frameworks (Python/Flask/Django/FastAPI preferred).
• 5+ years of experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced, agile, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Java for backend development.
• Experience with TypeScript for frontend or full-stack development.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch and distributed systems architecture.
