What you will do

• Lead the technical strategy and architecture for virtual tooling, emulators, and simulation infrastructure across multiple organizations.
• Implement production-quality code, prototypes, and VirtIO drivers to enhance virtual test fidelity.
• Drive the adoption of virtual test capabilities within developer inner-loop workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure and customize KVM, QEMU, and Android Emulators using cloud services.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, coaching, and technical guidance to strengthen domain expertise.
• Partner with SREs and product managers to align priorities and remove adoption barriers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in production systems.
• Strong proficiency in C, C++, or Rust.
• Experience automating testing for low-level, embedded, or mobile products at scale.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in systems, embedded, or mobile software.
• Expertise in configuring QEMU, Android Emulators, and VirtIO drivers.
