What you will do

• Develop and maintain reusable services for data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering to support AI/ML workflows.
• Implement AI/ML capabilities such as entity resolution, classification, and clustering within containerized environments.
• Deploy ML models for decision support, automation, and anomaly detection using Python, Spark, or cloud-native frameworks.
• Integrate services into secure production environments using tools like Databricks, Docker, and Terraform.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and create visualizations to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with product managers, DevSecOps engineers, and mission stakeholders to define and deliver data requirements.

Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance is required to start.
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree + 3 years experience, Associate's + 7 years, or 11 years of specialized experience.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed data frameworks such as Spark and Databricks.
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling using Palantir Foundry (AIP & Foundry).
• Experience developing and deploying ML models using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or XGBoost.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of experience in applied data science or Palantir Foundry development.
• Familiarity with MLOps, API development, and secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Strong technical communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
