What you will do

• Design and implement a highly scalable multi-tenant control plane for AI storage and cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute to the development of exabyte-scale, S3-compatible object storage and distributed file systems.
• Optimize storage performance using technologies such as RDMA, GPU Direct Storage, RoCE, and InfiniBand.
• Enhance the reliability, durability, and observability of the storage stack.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with platform, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless storage capabilities.
• Mentor other engineers on best practices for building distributed, high-performance systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in storage systems engineering or infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with object storage or distributed filesystems (e.g., Ceph, DAOS) in production.
• Proficiency in systems programming languages such as Go, C, or Rust.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes, and scalable architecture.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export regulations.
