• Build and maintain a financial practice by guiding clients toward financial clarity and service.
• Provide actionable advice and connect clients to appropriate financial products and programs.
• Develop long-term, multi-generational relationships based on trust and understanding.
• Host financial workshops and marketing events to expand your client network.
• Collaborate with internal specialists in marketing, technology, and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be able to obtain state insurance licenses and FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others achieve financial goals.
• Self-disciplined, independent, and driven to succeed in a sales-oriented environment.
• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting process.
