E01-T07 Anti-Tamper Test Engineer

TL;DR

Anti-Tamper Test Engineer (Anti-Tamper/System Security): Provide anti-tamper and system security engineering support for a major DoD acquisition program with an accent on anti-tamper capability analysis, technical risk assessment, and acquisition support. Focus on investigating and evaluating military weapons systems, producing technical reports and presentations, and coordinating with Government team counterparts.

Location: Candidates must be located within 50 miles of Patuxent River, MD; Dahlgren, VA; Quantico, VA; Washington, DC; San Diego, CA; China Lake, CA; Charleston, SC; Orlando, FL; or Crane, IN

Salary: $190,000-$195,000

What you will do

• Investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military weapons systems using engineering principles.
• Review and prepare engineering/technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
• Support system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, and acquisition/resource management functions.
• Perform technical analysis of anti-tamper capabilities and interpret technical data for weapons system acquisition projects.
• Assess performance-to-plan, track program/project status and schedules, and generate technical reports and presentations.
• Communicate with Government team counterparts.

Requirements

• Clearance: Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/science field and 6 years of relevant Engineering/Science experience
• 5+ years of experience in anti-tamper engineering and implementation
• Knowledge and experience with detailed development of anti-tamper capabilities
• Must have reverse engineering experience/knowledge
• Travel: 50%

• Ability to lead technical efforts across all product development phases
• Experience with NAVAIR acquisition programs
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• Experience with DoD risk and opportunity management process
