What you will do

• Review and approve shareholder and DTC presentations, including routine transfers, inheritance, and gift transfers.
• Process DTC transactions (DWAC & DRS), DRIP/DSPP plan enrollments, and new stock issuances.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Assist with testing requirements for system enhancement initiatives.
• Contribute to special projects aimed at improving unit efficiency and reducing costs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Edgewood, NY
• 1+ years of experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Exceptional writing skills with experience in drafting professional responses.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize critical items in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to recognize errors.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of prior Transfer Agent or financial industry experience.
