What you will do
- Orchestrate the lifecycle of new products from inception through beta, managing test groups and resolving pre-release bugs.
- Partner with Product Owners to translate deployment constraints and security demands into core product requirements.
- Author comprehensive deployment guidance and training workflows for support structures.
- Manage relationships with high-value enterprise customers to track telemetry and diagnose operational blockers.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on adoption blockers to build permanent remediations into the product roadmap.
- Apply Agile methodologies to infrastructure processes to enhance delivery predictability.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- Strong hands-on engineering or architectural background with Workspace ONE UEM or Microsoft Intune.
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise endpoint fleets (10K+ to 30K+ endpoints).
- Direct experience designing modern device management configurations including CSPs, SyncML, and cloud-based provisioning.
- Demonstrated capability to diagnose complex ecosystem health issues and infrastructure dependencies.
- Not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Extensive background with MECM/SCCM managing task sequences and co-management strategies.
- Strong capability administering macOS/iOS fleets via Jamf Pro.
- Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST CSF and identity providers such as Azure AD/Entra ID.
