Salary: $99,000 - $145,200 annually

What you will do

• Produce assessments on the discovery and deployment of advanced technologies and their impact on Defense Critical Infrastructure.
• Provide early warning of disruptive developments to maintain Intelligence Community awareness of evolving technological landscapes.
• Conduct all-source analysis to assess the strategic impact of emerging technologies on national security.
• Develop and refine ontologies to support Object-Based Intelligence (OBI) production and semantic interoperability.
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning and semantic technologies into analytic workflows.
• Deliver briefings and strategic assessments tailored to senior decision-makers.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level with an in-scope CI poly.
• 12 years of professional experience and an advanced degree.
• Experience conducting strategic foresight or horizon scanning in a national security or technology context.
• Expert-level oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, space systems, or autonomy.
• Experience supporting OBI production and working with Defense Intelligence ontologies.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams on complex data science projects.
