What you will do

• Troubleshoot ad quality concerns, UX issues, and data discrepancies on publisher websites.
• Implement new products, placements, and demand via tags or other methods.
• Optimize ad placements by adjusting sizes, network bidders, and refresh/timeout settings.
• Set up and manage direct-sold and PMP campaigns to hit KPIs.
• Provide performance reports and availability data for internal and external sales teams.
• Audit creatives to ensure proper delivery and quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations or Yield Management.
• Knowledge of PMPs, header-bidding, and programmatic advertising.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM), Excel, and Google Products.
• Technical ability to read ad code; CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Must have existing work authorization; this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
