What you will do

• Establish a multiyear roadmap for OT and embedded systems cybersecurity engineering and assurance programs.
• Lead technical teams in building enterprise-scale OT security controls across industrial manufacturing facilities.
• Oversee security risk assessments and architecture design reviews for factories and connected products.
• Implement AI-driven automation to enhance security visibility and significantly accelerate assurance activities.
• Collaborate with business and engineering leaders to translate complex technical risks into business context.
• Ensure alignment with global standards including NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 62443, ISO/SAE 21434, and the EU Cyber Resilience Act.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale OT and embedded cybersecurity engineering programs in industrial environments.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing technical teams.
• Experience applying AI and automation to improve cybersecurity assurance or engineering efficiency.
• Deep understanding of modern manufacturing architectures, OT systems, and embedded product security.
• Strong experience working with global regulatory requirements and security frameworks.
• Must be based in the US or be able to relocate; sponsorship is not available.
