Salary: $133,500 – $190,050

What you will do

• Own the full RMF Authorization & Assessment (A&A) lifecycle for company systems.
• Ensure compliance with NRC, DOE, and NIST 800-53/800-82 frameworks.
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulators, auditors, and government stakeholders.
• Oversee security test and assessment plans and conduct vulnerability audits.
• Maintain accountability records for classified materials and documentation.
• Develop security awareness training and implement technical measures to safeguard systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing cybersecurity or assurance programs in regulated environments (nuclear, energy, aerospace, defense).
• Direct experience with NIST RMF, JSIG, and industry standards like NIST 800-53/800-82.
• Must work 100% onsite at El Segundo HQ.
• Must be able to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.
• Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with nuclear cyber regulations (NRC 10 CFR 73.54 or NEI 08-09).
• Familiarity with ICS/OT cybersecurity in energy or defense.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC.
