What you will do

• Define and execute off-platform content strategies across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and Facebook.
• Identify external talent and develop creative briefs for creator partners to grow brand rosters.
• Lead the development of social original content, from initial brainstorming and pitching to distribution.
• Directly produce, shoot, and edit social content to support various brand titles.
• Collaborate with Editorial and Audience Development teams to align content with cultural calendars.
• Manage production budgets and P&L to ensure efficient resource deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Video Content Creation across both editorial and commercial sectors.
• Deep background in social video and a proven track record of building audiences on social platforms.
• 5+ years of experience managing creative teams.
• Expertise in multi-platform storytelling and entrepreneurial experience in building brands from the ground up.
• Experience managing production budgets and actualizing projects within a P&L framework.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
