What you will do

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary organization covering program leadership, engineering, training, and support.
• Act as the primary bridge between customer expectations, operational realities, and internal delivery capabilities.
• Maintain end-to-end responsibility for contracts, financial outcomes, and customer relationships.
• Build and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with senior military stakeholders.
• Ensure HQ systems effectively support command, planning, and execution in multi-domain operations.

Requirements

• Solid background from higher operational levels, ideally OPL or service branch staff positions.
• Deep understanding of HQ systems, command and control, and operational planning processes.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, mission-critical programs with full financial and delivery responsibility.
• Strong leadership skills managing multidisciplinary teams and senior specialists.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent operational/military education.
• Must pass a security vetting process, which may entail specific citizenship requirements.

• Advanced staff training or operational command experience.
• Strong understanding of system-of-systems integration within C5ISR/C6ISR environments.
