What you will do

• Operate and maintain production, testing, and development environments to guarantee availability, efficiency, and resilience.
• Design and manage cost-effective, large-scale infrastructure systems including cloud services, networking, and storage solutions.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident management strategies, providing on-call support.
• Automate foundational services to enable engineering teams to build, deliver, and run solutions reliably at scale.
• Manage the full lifecycle of environments from development through to production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience operating services in complex and demanding environments (financial services experience is a plus).
• Deep understanding of SRE principles, including automation, performance tuning, and incident management.
• Proven expertise with Linux, Kubernetes, Openshift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, and Shell.
• Experience in DevOps build and testing processes, release management, and product lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of SQL and software development, preferably in Go, Java, or Python.
• Must be based in Zurich, Lausanne, or Geneva.
