What you will do
- Prepare print-ready artwork files for packaging formats including boxes, sleeves, wraps, labels, tubes, and tins.
- Extend established design systems to create new SKU variants and size derivatives independently.
- Help codify design guidelines for product subcategories to ensure variant creation is consistent and repeatable.
- Manage artwork according to supplier specifications, including bleeds, colour profiles (CMYK/Pantone), and dielines.
- Liaise with print suppliers on technical queries, amends, and physical proof sign-off.
- Maintain and organize the own-brand artwork library, including version control and asset management.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of print production, CMYK/Pantone colour management, dielines, and bleed.
- Ability to apply system thinking to scale designs across various formats.
- Obsessive accuracy regarding technical details like spot colours and font outlining.
- Capacity to manage a high volume of live files across multiple projects proactively.
- Comfortable collaborating with designers to flag technical or creative concerns early.
- Experience using automated workflows and AI-assisted tools for asset management and variant creation.
