What you will do

• Conceive, develop, and iterate ride and show design elements into a high-quality show set design package.
• Design scenic, props, environment, architecture, facility elements, sightlines, and scale across development phases.
• Develop and manage the show set design package and create presentation materials (sketches, storyboards, layouts, illustrations, plans, sections, elevations).
• Participate in design, cost, schedule, and technical reviews; develop creative and feasible integration solutions for themed environments.
• Coordinate and integrate show and facility elements within drawing packages.
• Mentor and guide staff on technical skills and show set design standards, and support Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities.

Requirements

• Experience in attraction development and successful delivery of multiple show set design packages (or equivalent education and experience).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; preferably strong 3D modeling and rendering skills.
• Strong technical and artistic ability using show set/scenic design and drafting techniques, including 3D modeling and architectural design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse aesthetic, technical, and project management disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Architecture, Fine Arts, Design, Theatre, Graphics, Computer Animation, etc.) preferred.
