Salary: $110,100 – $204,900 annually

What you will do

• Develop and implement complex application features integrating AI/ML models and service APIs.
• Design scalable, maintainable, and secure AI systems aligned with enterprise standards.
• Write high-quality, tested code and establish best practices for AI workflow integration.
• Troubleshoot AI performance issues, including inference bottlenecks and prompt optimization.
• Identify AI integration patterns and automation strategies to drive innovation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to assess technical feasibility and define the AI roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience writing production code in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript/React, or Python, with experience integrating AI/ML services.
• Experience with SQL and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of secure coding standards, TDD, and responsible AI practices.
• Must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, VA, CA, or NC.

Nice to have

• Experience leading AI feature development in production environments.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and orchestration.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Proficiency with ML Ops, vector databases, and embedding pipelines.
• Advanced prompt engineering techniques.
