What you will do

• Consult customers on cloud cost-optimization best practices.
• Present and demonstrate hirify.global’s Reseller Programs and proprietary tools.
• Provide comprehensive support to existing customers regarding their cloud usage.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Solutions Architects to implement optimization strategies.
• Create customized cost reports and analyze complex billing data.
• Update the sales team on customer status for renewal and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in FinOps, cloud financial management, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex cloud billing data.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong technical skills in Excel, SQL, or Python for analysis and reporting.
• Proven track record of delivering customer-focused consulting services.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Computer Science.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, or FinOps Certified Practitioner.
