What you will do
- Build credit risk models for customer acquisitions (approval and limit assignment) and customer management.
- Collaborate with credit analysts and product managers to translate business problems into model solutions.
- Develop rich datasets by leveraging traditional and non-traditional data sources.
- Deploy, maintain, and monitor production models.
- Communicate key results and findings to senior stakeholders in credit, product, and engineering.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data science and credit modeling.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience designing experiments and interpreting results to guide product decisions.
- Domain expertise in traditional credit data.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners.
Nice to have
- Experience with non-traditional credit data, such as cash flow analysis.
