Master Data Intern

What you will do

• Prepare master data extractions for various business stakeholders.
• Consolidate, release, and archive monthly Master Data reports.
• Perform global IDoc extractions and monitor their status.
• Handle and monitor progress of ServiceNow (SNOW) assignments.
• Participate in bi-annual reviews of administrative access in the Certification system.
• Conduct quarterly controls to validate DAM Rules and review software version control records.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must provide a School/University MOA and an Endorsement Letter.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent English communication skills.
• Must be located in Manila, Philippines for a hybrid work arrangement.
