What you will do

• Drive design decisions by partnering with data and research teams to create tangible, user-tested prototypes.
• Develop scalable and modular design systems to automate and personalize web and app interfaces.
• Facilitate design sprints, workshops, and rapid prototyping to translate research into effective concepts.
• Mentor junior team members through regular work reviews and day-to-day coaching.
• Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all touchpoints.
• Identify gaps in existing design systems and propose sustainable, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in visual or UI design.
• Degree in UX/UI, Visual, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in design tools including Figma, Mural, SharePoint, Baymard, Creative Suite, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent English communication skills required for articulating design rationale to stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with 60% office attendance in Madrid.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce or digital product design.
