What you will do

• Lead concept definition, design, analysis, and qualification for advanced radar systems.
• Manage technical subcontractors and suppliers, defining scopes and ensuring quality targets.
• Develop and maintain technical requirement specifications for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with systems and integration engineers to optimize interfaces and resolve trade-offs.
• Drive technical documentation, design reviews, and coordinate test plans and certification activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Radar Systems, Communications, or Applied Physics.
• Relevant experience in radar or RF within demanding environments like defence or aerospace.
• Expertise in managing subcontractors and coordinating project lifecycles.
• Solid understanding of radar principles, signal processing, and electronic circuit design.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as a condition of employment.
