What you will do

• Monitor quality dashboards and metrics to identify anomalies and recurring operational issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis across operations, product, and technical setups.
• Transform raw findings into clear, prioritized action plans for quality improvement.
• Coordinate fixes across teams, setting tasks and following through until resolution.
• Manage and prioritize a backlog of quality issues on a quarterly basis.
• Partner with L&D teams to implement training solutions where necessary.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an analytical, business, or process-oriented role.
• Must be willing to relocate to Mexico City to work closely with operational teams.
• English level B2 or higher for international communication.
• Strong logic, structured problem-solving skills, and confidence with metrics.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on driving issues to completion.
