What you will do

• Develop bespoke customer analytics reports and define the narrative behind the analysis for 130+ NHS customers.
• Identify additional supporting information to improve the quality and benefit of insights.
• Lead the cleansing and improvement of existing category areas and automate existing outputs.
• Manage customer relationships by triaging requests, organizing meetings, and presenting data outputs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create newsletters and sales materials.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role working with large, complex datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and VBA.
• Experience with Snowflake and DBT.
• Strong client engagement and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.

• Understanding of the NHS and its data processing.
• Experience in procurement within a healthcare setting.
