What you will do

• Conduct cloud cost visibility assessments, environment segmentation, and trend modeling across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Execute waste and rightsizing analysis and implement commitment strategies including Reserved Instances and Savings Plans.
• Deploy and configure FinOps tooling to close visibility gaps and create actionable cost dashboards.
• Build and operationalize Unified Cost Models with multi-account consolidation and 12-month forecasting.
• Implement cost allocation frameworks, showback/chargeback models, and automated budget governance.
• Facilitate recurring FinOps reviews and present financial findings to Product Owners, CFOs, and Engineering Managers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 2+ years of dedicated FinOps experience focusing on cost allocation, tagging governance, and operating model design.
• Proficiency with cloud cost management tools (AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, CloudZero, CloudHealth, or Kubecost).
• Strong command of cloud pricing models for compute, storage, and networking.
• English: Upper Intermediate (B2) level or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• FinOps Certified Practitioner, Engineer, or Professional certifications.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes cost management at the namespace and workload level.
• Knowledge of Terraform and billing data pipelines (AWS CUR, BigQuery billing export).
• Experience with SaaS spend management and AI/ML workload cost optimization.
