What you will do

• Support transaction workstreams for corporate and project-level financings, including data rooms and diligence.
• Build and maintain transaction models covering debt capacity, pricing, leverage, and covenant sensitivity.
• Evaluate financing terms such as collateral, guarantees, and reporting obligations.
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, FP&A, and tax teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Maintain a financing pipeline view across projects, counterparties, and dependencies.
• Support post-close handoff into covenant compliance and bank reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 5–10 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, corporate finance, or structured finance.
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong judgment, urgency, and follow-through.
