What you will do

• Design and build AI-enabled backend infrastructure from scratch instead of wrapping basic API calls.
• Develop robust RAG pipelines and integrate LLMs into heavy-duty production systems.
• Build and operate vector database–driven workflows for contract analysis and smart pricing at enterprise scale.
• Implement backend services using microservices architecture and production-ready engineering practices.
• Collaborate with R&D to turn research outputs into scalable product features.

Requirements

• 4+ years of complex backend development in Python (FastAPI/Django).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and production integration (OpenAI API, LangChain/LlamaIndex).
• Strong understanding of microservices and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL) and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant).
• Experience with Azure infrastructure, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work independently and lead complex technical projects from ideation to customer delivery.
