What you will do

• Design and develop automation solutions for trade capture, reconciliation, and settlement monitoring.
• Build internal tools, scripts, and dashboards to support investment operations.
• Integrate systems, APIs, broker platforms, and custodians in partnership with Technology teams.
• Support daily operational workflows, including trade lifecycle monitoring and exception management.
• Develop monitoring and alerting capabilities for critical operational processes.
• Investigate operational breaks and data quality exceptions to improve scalability.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work remotely within Switzerland or Italy.
• Experience in Trading Operations, Middle Office, or similar financial services environments.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Python and SQL.
• Deep understanding of the trade lifecycle and post-trade processing.
• Knowledge of asset classes such as equities, futures, OTC derivatives, and FX.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical automation solutions.
