What you will do

• Build and maintain demo environments and prototypes using AI tools to support sales efforts.
• Produce end-to-end demo videos, including scripting, recording, editing, and publishing.
• Automate repetitive pre-sales workflows to increase team efficiency.
• Manage and organize the demo asset library and video catalogue.
• Support live demos and discovery sessions by preparing technical assets behind the scenes.
• Learn commercial real estate investment workflows, metrics, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, prompts, and agents as part of daily life.
• Proven experience building personal projects, automations, or scripts.
• Ability to ship work quickly and thrive in fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical builds.
• Curiosity and genuine interest in learning the commercial real estate industry.
• Must be based in or able to work from Singapore.
