What you will do

  • Upload and maintain product listings, specifications, and pricing across multiple e-commerce websites.
  • Create and update landing pages, resource pages, and maintain overall website navigation and content structures.
  • Organize digital libraries containing manuals, datasheets, software files, and firmware updates.
  • Manage supplier databases and monitor communications for new product launches or discontinued items.
  • Perform basic SEO optimizations including updating meta descriptions and implementing internal linking.
  • Identify and resolve broken links, outdated content, and inconsistencies across all digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience managing website content and digital assets using content management systems (CMS).
  • Understanding of basic SEO principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours during Australian business hours.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to improve efficiency.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Wix, Shopify, or WordPress.
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Canva.
  • Exposure to industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technical products.
  • Experience maintaining large product catalogues and technical resource libraries.
