What you will do
- Define and drive the overall IGA architecture to support global business requirements and multi-region deployments.
- Design and govern enterprise-wide access management models, including RBAC and ABAC frameworks.
- Lead the onboarding strategy for thousands of applications, establishing integration standards for authoritative sources and custom APIs.
- Ensure IAM/IGA solutions align with corporate governance, risk, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary team of architects, developers, and QA engineers.
- Define and implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and implementation of enterprise-scale platforms.
- Strong solution architecture experience aligned with business and security objectives.
- Hands-on experience with Saviynt or SailPoint is required.
- Solid understanding of Cyber Security principles, including authentication, authorization, and privileged access management.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and security best practices.
