What you will do

• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-powered oncology platform modules.
• Translate complex clinical and business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Lead Agile development ceremonies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning, across multiple time zones.
• Partner with Data/AI teams on model integration and Clinical Operations on regulatory and oncology trial nuances.
• Act as the primary product voice to leadership, translating technical progress into business-relevant updates.
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation as the single source of truth for distributed teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise, or platform products.
• Experience with data-intensive or AI/ML-powered products, including comfort with data pipelines and technical architecture.
• Proven track record of shipping products end-to-end from ambiguous problem spaces to iteration.
• Strong command of Agile delivery practices and stakeholder management.
• Fluent spoken and written English is required for global collaboration.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Istanbul, Türkiye.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with oncology, clinical trial operations, or patient-facing health technology.
• Familiarity with health data compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, mCODE).
• Technical background as an engineer, data analyst, or technical PM.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern tech stacks.
• Exposure to pharma or CRO partnerships and drug development workflows.
