What you will do
- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-powered oncology platform modules.
- Translate complex clinical and business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Lead Agile development ceremonies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning, across multiple time zones.
- Partner with Data/AI teams on model integration and Clinical Operations on regulatory and oncology trial nuances.
- Act as the primary product voice to leadership, translating technical progress into business-relevant updates.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation as the single source of truth for distributed teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise, or platform products.
- Experience with data-intensive or AI/ML-powered products, including comfort with data pipelines and technical architecture.
- Proven track record of shipping products end-to-end from ambiguous problem spaces to iteration.
- Strong command of Agile delivery practices and stakeholder management.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required for global collaboration.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Istanbul, Türkiye.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with oncology, clinical trial operations, or patient-facing health technology.
- Familiarity with health data compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, mCODE).
- Technical background as an engineer, data analyst, or technical PM.
- Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern tech stacks.
- Exposure to pharma or CRO partnerships and drug development workflows.
