What you will do

  • Coordinate onboarding for Microsoft 365 and Azure subscriptions, ensuring smooth transition from sales to delivery.
  • Analyze cloud consumption and billing data to highlight trends, anomalies, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Lead regular service reviews and provide actionable cloud optimization recommendations.
  • Manage customer support escalations as the primary contact, coordinating with global technical teams.
  • Partner with account teams to identify opportunities for renewals, expansion, and increased customer retention.
  • Maintain operational excellence through accurate reporting and contribution to internal knowledge bases.

Requirements

  • Understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud-based service models.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex cloud consumption and billing data.
  • Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence in collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Organized and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Azure Cost Management or Azure Advisor.
  • Exposure to CSP or Enterprise Agreement (EA) environments.
  • Experience supporting cloud adoption or optimization initiatives.
